Pain in lower left abdomen by pelvc and now sudden sharp pain under right breast (ribcage ......?

I have been somewhat constipated for weeks now since I had to take antibiotics for a urinary tract infection. I mean I have been having BMs but they are not frequent and are very hard and small and I usually have BMs everyday sometimes even 2 times a day... so I know this is irregular. I have been experiencing pain in my left abdomen pelvic area that is very sharp and sometimes hurts when I have to pee or pass a BM... it comes and goes. Now I just got a really sharp sudden pain in my right ribcage under my breast. Can this all be because I am constipated.. I mean is it just all gas?
