Feel dizzy, lightheaded?

For about two weeks now, on certain days i feel really light headed and tired. I also had a urinary tract infection about 3 days ago. When i stand up i feel dizzy and my vision gets blurry and all i see are like black/white dots for like 10 seconds. My eyes feel hot and i have headaches. Im a 15 year old girl. Help?
