Urinary Tract Infection?

I'm pregnant and for the past two or three days i've been feeling like i need to pee like every five minutes but nothing really comes out. This morning i woke up and after i went to the bathroom i had a sharp pain around the area of my bladder and a little higher. Is this likely a UTI?
