Urinary tract infection??..how to get rid?

Ok so I asked a question saying that I smelled funny down there and that I feel like there's constant pressure like when u have 2 pee really bad and it kind of tingles when I do pee n y'all said I have UTI I'm 15 I don't wanna tell my mom how do I get rid of it???
