Do i have a Urinary Tract infection?

Just about an hour ago i got a terrible pain in my urethra & it lasted about 45 minutes, stopped for 10 & out of nowhere came back & is gone again. If it keeps up through tomorrow i'll get to the doctor ASAP but since it just started i thought i'd ask on here. I'm a 30 year old man with no history of bacterial infections.
