UTI, period pains but no periods?

okay so i once had a urinary tract infection(U.T.I) where i had to constantly keep going to the toilet but hardly any pee came out, but once it did it gave me a funny feeling in my lower abdomen like a tickling sensation, and after wiping down there, drops of blood would appear. i went to the doctor and was tested for U.T.I and it came out positive. Turns out i have all the same symptoms again and im pretty sure i have it again. But i also have really bad cramps, like period pains but no periods. I had unsafe sex 2-3 weeks ago and again 2 days ago, but he pulled out before anything could happen. Please dont tell me i should use a condom, i know i should and its a mistake i wont make again. but please if anyone knows whats up please help!
