My 360's slot is broke...?

At first it started out jammed and i would use a butter knife to open it... Which my father said was ther reason it broke... so want to know how to get the door back on the tract so it cud work again. I cant take to somebody cuz my parents arnt going to pay for it and i have no money so i need to do it myself... also my 4 year old sister put a disc in there and now its stuck any ways to get it out?
