Someone please help me?

I have a 2 month old she will be three months old in a week. Ive had 5 negative home pregnacy tests and 1 negative lab urine test. Im also on Nuvaring birth control that i took out 2 days ago. Im on antibiotics and hydrocordone for a Urinary tract infection i had about a week and a half ago. ive been feeling nauseous every moring , my appetite has changed and i look 3 or 4 months pregnant...im gonna go in for a blood test just to confirm im not pregnant. I dont think i am ...but what could it be?? im worried
