Antibiotic/birth control help?

So a few days ago, I woke up with a bad urinary tract infection. Last month, I had one but was taken to the E.R and got some antibiotics for it. I was supposed to take one at 7 pm, and 7 am. Well I did that for maybe 3 days before it stopped, and I KNOW you're not supposed to do that. But I'm on birth control and really didn't want it screwing it up. Well when I got this UTI, I took the pills as I was supposed to, but also had sex a few times. No condom, but he pulled out. I got my period on the 10th of June, and it was very light. (Which, is normal since I've been on Estrostep Fe) But then My period started again around the 25th... ? I'm really nervous, so nervous that I don't even want to touch my boyfriend. I doubt I'm pregnant but I'm so freaked right now. Please, please help.
