My dog has uncontrollable peeing problems what can I do and what is her problem?

She pees on the couch when she sleeps on it and she has peed on me a few times. She's a 9 year old chocolate lab. I don't know whether it's her age, her breed, or if she is sick. She has peed and laid in it without moving or making any motion to go to the back door to go out. I am worried about her. She had a urinary tract infection when she was about 2 years old. Could this be a flare up? I am more concerned because she is older now and it could be more serious. She has also had pancreatitis in the past. Please help? I am planning on calling the vet early next week but I want additional feed-back.
