I think i might be pregnant but it COULD all be in my head?

when i was pregnant with my son I had breast soreness like you are describing (hurts like hell if they jiggle even a little bit) starting before my period was even due, but my nipples did look different. They were "swollen" looking, ie "bigger". It's not common to have symptoms that early but it does happen sometimes, it happened to me. It could have been too early for the test to be accurate, and other things like drinking excessive amounts of liquid before taking a test or testing late in the day can give a false negative if you are testing early. Wait until your next period is due and if it doesn't come when expected take a test with your first pee the next morning, then you should be able to trust the results. The UTI's don't necessarily point to pregnancy. It could be a coincidence that you happened to get a UTI that is resistant to antibiotics so it was not completely wiped out after the first round and it came back. Having to pee during the night could just be because your bladder is still healing. And i often find that if i get woken up at an odd hour a couple days in a row my body adjusts to it and it throws off my sleep pattern so i start waking up for no reason, that doesn't really point to pregnancy. You should wait a week and take another test. Good luck!
