Emberssing but help please?

ok so i had sex lost my virginity , but it wus while i was on my first day of my period so im guessing my hymen broke ? because dosnt sex stop your period if you do it at that time ?? im not using birth control but we did use a condom .. THE PROBLEM IS WILL I GET PREGNANT ? IVE HAD SURGERY BEFORE AND NOW I ONLY HAVE ONE EGG MY DOCTOR SAID IT WILL BE HARD TO HAVE KIDS ... SO IS IT A CHANCE I WILL GET PREGNANT ??? ( Due to urinary tract infection is why ihad surgery it wus that bad)
